For the Icing
6oz self-raising flour
6oz sugar
6oz margarine
2 extra-large eggs or 3 medium or large eggs
If not liquid enough, a drop of milk
Drinking chocolate, by eye (approx 2-3 tbsp)
Mix all together at once, pour into mixer, and mix in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer for 2 minutes.
Chocolate topping
As much chocolate as required
Small amount of butter/margarine
Add the butter and chocolate to a bowl and melt in microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring regularly.
Alternative fudgy-creamy-chocolatey topping
Whip cream to medium/stiff peaks, add melted chocolate to the mixture.
